Opportunities To Serve
As stated in our Ministry Heartbeat, we believe in empowering people to champion their God-given purpose. The various ministries at Elk Creek provide a great place for serving God and each other. Below is a list of areas we could use your heart and hands.
- Sunday morning greeters – all you need is a smile!
- Nursery (Sunday school and worship service) -bless parents of babies and toddlers by allowing them some time of undistracted fellowship
- Jr. Church – provide our K-5th graders a place to learn God’s Word on a fun, applicable level
- Children’s ministry – invest in our kids by teaching them God’s Word
- Youth ministry – disciple our youth in Godly living
- Adult ministry – teach a class or host a small group to help build relationships and deepen connections between each other and God
- Worship team – use your musical talent help lead praise to the Lord!
- Sound ministry – run the sound during service (training provided)
- Media ministry – Sunday morning slide show
- Hospitality – coffee and donuts
